1. About Product Parameters
We have marked all the detailed parameters of the lamps in the detail page, please read these parameters carefully before you buy, some of the materials used are iron, the surface treatment is brushed brass. Some transparent materials are acrylic, not glass.
We guarantee that the style is the same as the picture, but for the size, since it is a manual measurement and some of the materials are of the type that can be easily folded, they will have a slight deviation.
2. About Production
Most products are handmade. Different batches of products may also exist a small difference, if you receive the item can not accept such a difference, we will try to re-send you an more perfect product.
Some large products may take up to 2 weeks or more to produce, we will keep in communication with you during this process but this cannot be used as a reason to cancel an order.
