(A)If you are located in one of the following countries, you may be charged additional high import duties by air shipping, we are not responsible for this part, please take this into consideration before choosing your shipping method: United Kingdom, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Hungary.
(B). For non-US packages, you may be charged customs duty, for which we are usually willing to cover 10-30% customs duty based on the following situations.
- Orders under $300 are covered at 30%.
- For orders of $300-$800 are covered at 20%.
- For orders of $800-$2,000 are covered at 15%.
- For orders between $2000 and $10,000 are covered at 10%.
- Customers with a history of orders over $20,000 will be covered 30% for each order (if charged with customs duties).
To receive reimbursement for customs duties you need to send us your customs payment slip in the e-mail.
Change of Address
You may change your address at any time within 72 hours of placing your order. After 72 hours it is not possible to change your address if your order has already been shipped.
To change your address, please contact our team and be sure to include：
- Recipient's name
- Pinus Valley order number
- Address to be changed
You will receive an email stating whether the change of address request was successful or not.
Undelivered Packages
We maintain close oversight of all packages throughout the shipping process. Should any unforeseen issues arise, such as delays or loss, we will promptly contact you to provide support. This includes assisting you in initiating a claim with the carrier and obtaining a case number. In the unfortunate event of a package being confirmed lost, we will resending a new item at no extra charge immediately. Learn more on <Return Policy> Case 1.
