Please be aware of the following things before purchasing.

1. About Product Parameters

• We have marked all the detailed parameters of the lamps in the detail page, please read these parameters carefully before you buy, some of the materials used are iron, the surface treatment is brushed brass. Some transparent materials are acrylic, not glass.
• We guarantee that the style is the same as the picture, but for the size, since it is a manual measurement and some of the materials are of the type that can be easily folded, they will have a slight deviation.

2. About Production

• Most products are handmade. Different batches of products may also exist a small difference, if you receive the item can not accept such a difference, we will try to re-send you an more perfect product.
• Some large products may take up to 2 weeks or more to produce, we will keep in communication with you during this process but this cannot be used as a reason to cancel an order. If you have to cancel the order, such as design change, you need to pay 5%-25% processing fee. Learn more on <Return Policy>.

The following are the main plug specifications available in Pinus Valley.

• Plug Type A

Used in: US, Canada, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Peru, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam

The Type A electrical plug (or flat blade attachment plug) is an ungrounded plug with two flat parallel pins. Although the American and Japanese plugs appear identical, the neutral pin on the American plug is wider than the live pin, whereas on the Japanese plug both pins are the same size. As a result, Japanese plugs can be used in the US but often not the other way around.

The pins on Type A and Type B plugs have a hole near the tip that fits into ‘bumps’ found on the contact wipers of some sockets, so that the pins are gripped more tightly allowing for better contact and also to prevent the plug from slipping out of the socket. Some sockets have spring-action blades that grip the sides of the pins, making the holes obsolete.

• Plug Type B (This need to be customized)

The Type B electrical plug has two flat parallel pins and a round grounding (or earth) pin. The earth pin is longer than the other two so that the device is grounded before the power is connected. As with the type A plugs, the American and Japanese versions vary slightly.

Type B plugs are rated at 15 amps.

• Plug Type C

Used in: Europe, with the exception of the UK, Ireland, Cyprus and Malta

The Type C electrical plug (or Europlug) is a two-wire plug that has two round pins. It fits into any socket that accepts 4.0 – 4.8 mm round contacts on 19 mm centres. They are being replaced by E, F, J, K or N sockets which work perfectly with Type C plugs.

Type C plugs are generally limited for use in appliances that require 2.5 amps or less.

• Plug Type E (This need to be customized)

Used in: France, Belgium, Slovakia and Tunisia among others

The Type E electrical plug has two 4.8 mm round pins spaced 19 mm apart and a hole for the socket's male earthing pin. The Type E plug has a rounded shape and the Type E socket has a round recess. Type E plugs are rated 16 amps.

Note: The CEE 7/7 plug was developed to work with Type E and Type F sockets with a female contact (to accept the earthing pin of the Type E socket) and has earthing clips on both sides (to work with Type F sockets).

• Plug Type I

Used in: Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Argentina

The Type I plug has two flat pins in a V-shape as well as a grounding pin. A version of the plug, which only has the two flat pins, exists as well. The Australian plug also works with sockets in China.

Australia’s standard plug/socket system is rated 10 amps but a plug/socket configuration rated 15 amps also exists, although the ground pin is wider. A standard 10 amp plug will fit into a 15 amp socket but not the other way around.

• Plug Type G

Used in: UK, Ireland, Cyprus, Malta, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong

The Type G electrical plug has three rectangular blades in a triangular pattern and has an incorporated fuse (usually a 3 amps fuse for smaller appliances such as a computer and a 13 amps one for heavy duty appliances such as heaters). British sockets have shutters on the live and neutral contacts so that foreign objects can’t be introduced into them.

For other types of plugs you will need to consult with customer service team to determine if they can be customized and for how long.

• By purchasing any Pinus Valley item or service, you are agreeing to our <Return Policy>.

Cancellations.

You can cancel an order within a 24 hour window of order placement, unless it is a custom item or special order restocking fees may apply. If your order has already shipped (even if under 24 hour window), it cannot be canceled, and will be treated as a return. To request an order cancellation, please contact our team and be sure to include your name, address, Pinus Valley order number, items to be cancelled, and the reason for your cancellation. You will receive an email detailing your cancellation request, followed by another email detailing if the cancellation request was successful. Changes to lead time and backorder dates shall not constitute grounds to cancel an order.

Please be aware that if your order is already in route from its original location, it cannot be rerouted, redirected, or cancelled. Should you wish to return the item, please log-in to your account to initiate a return.

Note: Do not refuse delivery of non-damaged goods as this will result in a restocking fee. Additionally, delivery refusal may also result in the loss of your product and may negate the possibility of a refund. You may also be charged for round trip shipping costs.

Not Eligible for Return/Cancellation

1. Custom and built-to-order items
2. Floor models or Clearance items
3. Large orders (single fixtures over $5,000, orders totaling over $5,000 on multiple quantities of the same fixture)
4. Any product that has been modified, installed, or used in any way (including cut, clipped or stripped wires)
5. Items not in resalable condition or items missing the original packaging
6. Items not purchased from Pinus Valley
7. Items not purchased by the original customer (we require the original purchase receipt)

Return & Refund Guidelines

We understand that sometimes, items you purchase are simply not right for your environment. They do not match your décor, or you simply do not like them. If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, you may return or exchange the item to Pinus Valley within 60 days of delivery (restocking fees may apply).

The following are the available return situations:

Case 1. Orders not delivered.
Case 2. The item is damaged due to transportation of the product.
Case 3. The item does not match the picture or description.
Case 4. The item in the warranty period of non-man-made quality problems.

Please follow the steps below for the above cases:

• Case 1. 

1. We will first assist you in contacting the carrier to file a complaint.
2. Obtain a case number from carrier.
3. Resend you a new item free of charge or a full refund.

• Case 2. 

Email us the following material to info@pinusvalley.com:

1. Unpacking video
2. Clear and complete photo of the damaged area

We will complete our assessment and notify you within 8 hours, and if the damage is determined to be caused by shipping, we will resend you a new item free of charge or initiate a partial or full refund.

• Case 3.

Email us the following material to info@pinusvalley.com:

1. Unpacking video
2. Clear and complete photo that not match the picture or description area

We will complete our assessment and notify you within 8 hours, and if it is deemed not to match the description or picture, we will resend you a new item free of charge or initiate a partial or full refund.

If upon our assessment, it is determined that the customer misunderstanding of the product image or description. For example, the customer's failure to notice the clearly marked content on the website. If customer still wish to request a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us to confirm the information of the nearest return address.
2. Arrange all parts in their original packaging and take a picture.
3. Seal the package and take a picture.
4. Send them out and take a picture of the shipping receipt, you will have to cover the transportation costs.
5. Send us an email with the above image and unpacking video to info@valleypinus.com

When the item arrives at our warehouse within 72 hours, we will evaluate the item and refund the full amount if it meets the criteria, otherwise we will deduct 2% to 30% of the total amount of the order for restoration cost based on the following:

1. Scratch marks on the surface of the item, deducting 2%-10% of the total amount of the order.
2. Missing parts, deducting 2%-30% of the total amount of the order.
3. The lamps does not work, deducting 5%-15% of the total amount of the order.
4. Lamps bent or broken, deducting 15%-30% of the total amount of the order.
5. Lamps have been installed, deducting 30% of the total amount of the order.

• Case 4.

Check if the item is under warranty and email us the following material to info@pinusvalley.com:

1. Unpacking video
2. Clear and complete photo of the area where the quality problem occurs

We will complete our assessment and notify you within 8 hours, and if considered a quality problem, we will resend you a new item free of charge or initiate a partial or full refund.
