At PinusValley, we know that waiting for the perfect lighting to complete your space can be full of anticipation. Because premium indoor decorative light fixtures require delicate handling and meticulous packaging to arrive safely, we don't rush the process—but we do make it completely transparent and reliable.

Here is everything you need to know about how we deliver our products straight to your ceiling, wall, or tabletop.

 

1. Shipping Destinations & Free Shipping

We believe the price you see should be the price you pay. That’s why we offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

  • Where We Ship: We currently deliver to the 48 contiguous United States and Hawaii.

  • Where We Cannot Ship: At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations due to shipping constraints on fragile items.

 

2. Delivery Timeline

Your total delivery window is divided into two phases: our preparation behind the scenes, and the carrier's journey to your doorstep.

 

Stage Timeline Details
Order Cut-Off 2:00 PM (PST) Orders placed before 2:00 PM enter our system the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Processing Time 3 – 5 Business Days This is when we safely inspect, wrap, and double-box your glass and metal lighting fixtures to prevent any transit damage.
Transit Time 3 – 6 Business Days Once handed over to our trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), your package will travel across the country to you.

 

Estimated Total Delivery Time: You can typically expect your new lighting fixture to arrive within 6 to 11 business days from the date you place your order.

 

3. Real-Time Order Tracking

The moment your light fixture leaves our warehouse, we will send a Shipping Confirmation Email straight to your inbox. This email will include a track & trace number (tracking link) so you can follow your package's journey in real time.

If you do not see this email within 5 business days of ordering, please check your Spam/Junk folder before reaching out to us.

 

4. Address Corrections & Order Cancellations

Because lighting orders require strict logistics planning, timing is crucial if you need to make changes:

  • Address Modifications: If you noticed a typo in your shipping address, please email us immediately at sales@pinusvalley.com. We can only update your address before the package leaves our warehouse. PinusValley is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • Cancellations: If you change your mind, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once processing begins or the item ships, the order cannot be canceled and must be handled as a standard return (subject to our Return Policy).

 

5. Order Acceptance & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to incomplete shipping details, suspected payment fraud, or technical pricing errors. If we discover an error or need further identity/address verification, we will contact you via phone or email before canceling or shipping the order.

 

6. What If My Light Arrives Damaged?

Since lighting involves fragile materials like glass and delicate electronics, transit mishaps can occasionally happen. Don't worry—we’ve got you covered.

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the box and the product, and contact our team immediately. We will ship out a replacement at absolutely zero cost to you.
