Each product undergoes iterative refinement and rigorous testing until it meets our exceptional quality standards, after which we proceed with small-batch production. Simply share your ideas with our design team, and our factory can custom-build any indoor decorative lighting fixture you desire.
Once you place an order, your items will be shipped via Matson CLX—currently the fastest known ocean freight service—to the Port of Long Beach in Los Angeles. From there, they will be handed over to UPS or FedEx within 3 to 4 days. UPS/FedEx will then deliver your order anywhere across the United States within 2 to 7 days. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped directly via the international postal network. The total transit time remains 14 to 21 calendar days.
