  • Third-Party Gateways: PayPal.

Note: We do not accept personal checks, money orders, cash on delivery (COD), or direct wire transfers for standard retail orders. B2B or wholesale clients seeking alternative payment structures must contact our support team prior to checkout.

  • Fraud Prevention (3D Secure): To protect against unauthorized transactions, our risk management system evaluates all orders. If an order is flagged as high-risk, we reserve the right to temporarily hold the transaction and request secondary identity verification before fulfillment.

 

3. Currency, Pricing, and Taxes

  • Default Currency: All prices listed on the PinusValley website are denominated in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or credit card issuer will determine the exact exchange rate and may apply international transaction fees.

  • Taxes & Duties: Applicable local sales taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination. For international shipments, the buyer assumes full responsibility for any import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

  • Pricing Accuracy: While we strive for absolute accuracy, typographical errors in pricing may occasionally occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, PinusValley reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item, issuing a full refund immediately.

 

4. Payment Capture and Authorization

  • Immediate Processing: Upon clicking "Complete Order," your payment method will be authorized and charged immediately to secure your inventory.

  • Order Confirmation: Once the transaction is successfully cleared, an automated receipt detailing your order number and purchase summary will be dispatched to your registered email address.

 

5. Managing Failed Transactions

If a transaction is declined during checkout:

  1. Verify that your billing address exactly matches the one on file with your bank.

  2. Ensure there are sufficient funds and that the card has not expired.

  3. Check with your financial institution to ensure they are not blocking the transaction for security reasons. Orders will not be generated or processed until the payment gateway confirms a successful transfer of funds.

 

6. Refunds, Store Credit, and Dispute Resolution

  • Refund Routing: All eligible refunds (due to returns, cancellations, or damaged goods) are strictly credited back to the original payment method used during the initial transaction. We cannot issue refunds to alternate cards or accounts.

  • Processing Timeframes: Please allow up to 3 business days for PinusValley to process the refund on our end. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect on your statement.

  • Chargebacks: We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback dispute with their bank. Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from purchasing on our website.

 

7. Promotional Codes and Gift Cards

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout prior to finalizing the payment. They cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

  • Unless explicitly stated, only one promotional code may be used per transaction.

  • Purchases made entirely via PinusValley Gift Cards will be refunded in the form of store credit.
